JCHI Aerial Access Equipment

The 32m JCHI Aerial Access Platform is available for SALE and/or HIRE!  This is a 4x4 machine and has a diesel motor.  The basket has a load capacity of 230kg on a telescopic boom with a height of 32m, which gives you a maximum working height of about 33.2m.

This machine is ideal for cleaning/maintenance/painting of warehouses, factories and very tall buildings and those difficult to reach heights!

JCHI self-propelled telescoping boom lifts GTBZ26/28/30/32, four models of the range have been CE approved by Tüv Group.

Zoomlion Shining in BICES 2009

The 10th Beijing International Construction Machinery Exhibition & Seminar (BICES 2009) with the theme "Safety, Environmental Protection, Science and Technology, Innovation" was held in Beijing from November 3rd to 6th. More than 900 domestic and international famous brands from UK, Germany, India and China assembled in BICES 2009, and exhibited their latest technologies and products in an area of 150,000 square meters.

ANE's 30 Ton Zoomlion Show Day

On Friday 6th November 2009, we had our “30 TON SHOW DAY”, where visitors could view and compare both the old model and the new model of the Zoomlion QY30V.

We had a very good turn out of visitors at our premises in Johannesburg, who were quite impressed with the new Zoomlion!

African National Engineering Value Added Services

On the 19th October 2009 ANE Port Solutions and Donaldson SA embarked on a partnership training day at Transnet Port Terminals, Durban [Pier2]. Transnet employees consisted of both the technical staff and supervisors. The main focus was to expose all staff to new filters on the market as well as to inform them about various ways to sustain and protract the lifetime of existing filters. The main objective of this training day is to support employees/ technical staff to discover solutions and added value on items purchased and utilized at their workshops an a daily basis. As a solutions and service provider, African National Engineering ensures that both existing and potential clientele receive continuous value added services and support.

IHC Merwede/IHC Hydrohammer Appoints ANE As SA Agent

Two representatives from IHC Merwede, Arjen van der Schaaf and Tim van Erkel, visited SA recently to promote the IHC Hydrohammer.  ANE Equipment took them to see a number of piling industry clients during their visit.

IHC Hydrohammer® designs, manufactures and supplies hydraulic piling hammers, for on- and off-shore use and is known throughout the world for its innovative approach.  The Hydrohammer combines a solid one-piece ram with a fully enclosed hammer housing.  The result is an elegant yet robust and reliable hammer.  The unique design makes it suitable for all types of piling and foundation work, ranging from piling impact sensitive concrete piles, to piling large and long offshore caisson piles.  The hammer can even be used to break rock (underwater).

ZOOMLION BEIJING SHOW
The 2nd largest machinery show will be held between the 2-6 November, this show is held in Beijing and Zoomlion will have the full range of equipment on show.

ZOOMLION ALL TERRAIN CRANE
In September 2009 ZOOMLION launched their all new 350ton All Terrain Crane.  This machine looks very impressive!

New Zoomlion Machinery

ZOOMLION MOBILE CRANES

Zoomlion have introduced a new QY60V (60 ton) model in the “V” Series range, as previously the cranes were either a 50 ton or the next size up was a 70 ton. The cranes have gone into production from October and availability of cranes will be January 2010.

ZOOMLION CRAWLER CRANE

Zoomlion Crawler cranes launched the production of the first 1000 ton crawler crane. This crawler crane is the largest build by Zoomlion who had a range of up to 600 ton previously. The first 1000 ton crawler crane has been sold to India for the construction of a power station. The launch was held on the 28th September, and was held at the new crawler crane factory. at Changsha. Zoomlion has delivered six 600 ton crawler cranes to the export market this year.
